The Tulsa-based company reported a net profit of $6.89 per common share. The adjusted earnings per share, after non-recurring gains were $4.50.
The results fell short of Wall Street's expectations. Zacks Investment Research surveyed six analysts and the average was $4.69 earnings per share.
The company's revenue for the quarter was $332.5 millions, exceeding Street expectations. Zacks surveyed five analysts who expected $320.6 millions.
