South St. Louis County apartment complex sells for $20M

A south St. Louis County Apartment Complex has sold for over $20 million.
St. Louis County records show that Southfield Apartments located at 5500 Southfield Drive, Oakville, sold for $20.2 Million. According to county records, the seller was Southfield Partnership LP which is affiliated with Midland Management Corp. in Creve Coeur under William Vano.
According to records of the state, Southfield Holdings LLC is based in Maplewood. Jessica Rutland, a Kansas City representative from the Dentons law firm was responsible for forming the LLC in November.
Southfield, an apartment complex in the garden style, has 429 apartments on nearly 20 acres near Cliff Cave Park.
According to a press release by Berkadia St. Louis, and Berkadia Institutional Solutions who arranged the sale of the apartments, there are one- and two bedroom floor plans, with dishwashers included in each.
Berkadia stated that the apartment complex has a laundry room, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, and a picnic space.
The seller was represented by the Berkadia Directors Andrea Kendrick, Ken Alston, and Bobby Mills.
Berkadia's representative did not know any further details about the sale.
