Court documents revealed that AMI was contacted by an agent for Daniels, prompting Pecker to reach out to Cohen for negotiations. AMI also agreed to pay Karen McDougal $150,000 for her silence about an alleged affair with Trump before the 2016 election. Pecker has been granted immunity in exchange for his testimony, and AMI signed a non-prosecution agreement with prosecutors.
