2026 Prices for Drugs That Are Subject to Negotiations

The Biden administration has disclosed the outcome of price negotiations between Medicare and pharmaceutical firms for 10 medications. These new prices will be effective from 2026 and represent the maximum amount that Medicare Part D plans and patients will pay for a one-month supply. The medications include Eliquis, Jardiance, Xarelto, Januvia, Farxiga, Entresto, Enbrel, Imbruvica, Stelara, and Fiasp/NovoLog insulin products. The prices range from $113 to $9,319.
