Philadelphia Union scores new beer sponsorship deal

Philadelphia Union has entered into a partnership agreement with Molson Coors Beverage Co., under which Coors Light becomes the club's official domestic beer.

Subaru Park in Chester, the home stadium of the Union, is also part of this partnership.

The financial terms of the agreement are kept secret.

Subaru Park will, as part of the partnership with Coors Light, open a Coors Light Corner at its bridge deck. Standing-room space is open to all fans and will feature ticket packages, deck parties, and more.

Subaru Park will also have the company as a presenting sponsor of the designated-driver program. The stadium's Guest Services window will offer a soft drink to fans who sign up for this program.

Molson Coors is also the present partner for the Philadelphia Union's home match against D.C. United, on Wednesday. The first 5,000 fans over 21 will receive Philadelphia Union co-branded headbands.

Other brands include Miller Lite and Molson Trademark. Carling, Blue Moon Belgian White. Leinenkugel's summer Shandy. Vizzy Hard Seltzer. Topo Chico Hard Seltzer. Simply Spiked Lemonade.

The company will join other new Philadelphia Union 2023 sponsors, including CHEQ and Widener University. Other sponsors include Discover Lancaster, Great Railing, the Marie Henderson Team, and Philly Sports Trips.
