Amgen's Deal for Horizon Therapeutics Clears Key Hurdle

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has agreed to drop its legal challenge against a $27.8 billion deal, also dismissing the antitrust claims of six states that joined the FTC in attempting to block the transaction.
